| Chef David and Glenn, two brothers from upstate
New York, opened The Pasta Shop and Ristorante 20 years ago. Chef David is a graduate of the Johnson and Wales Culinary Institute of Providence, Rhode Island. His brother Glen, the General Manager, has a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Florida Institute University. With their wholesale pasta business they proudly provide fresh gourmet pasta to most of the resorts on the Las Vegas Strip including Caesars Palace, The Riviera, The Hilton Hotel and The MGM Grand. Their successful restaurant features the finest in fresh gourmet pasta entrees, chicken and seafood specialties. The Pasta Shop & Ristorante was proud to have achieved the highest rating in the Zagat Survey category for Italian Restaurants in Las Vegas. Chef David was honored to have been voted the 2002 Restaurateur of the year by the Nevada Restaurant Association. Proud to have served Las Vegas and the Resort Community for 20 years, they look forward to many years of continued service. |
